BOULDER, Colo.–November 21, 2013– Dr. Richard Schamp, CEO of Capstone Performance Systems, announced that Neta Kessler has been hired as Project Specialist. Capstone Performance Systems works with Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and similar organizations to demystify Medicare risk adjustment methodologies and to enhance performance, compliance and revenue. PACE organizations provide community-based, comprehensive care to frail seniors; they are sponsored by Medicare and Medicaid.
Neta’s responsibilities include development, coordination and tracking of company projects. She will also take a central role in communications between Capstone’s consultants, clients, and outside agencies. Neta’s role is an integral element of the Capstone team, providing administrative leadership for Dr. Schamp and Capstone’s consultants. Prior to joining Capstone, Neta was a Senior Patient Assistance Case Manager for a large hospital. She has experience in both the public and private sector and extensive experience with Medicaid, public health, HIPAA, EMR, and health care billing and insurance.

Neta is a St. Louis native who brings extensive experience with Medicaid rules and regulations.” Dr. Schamp stated. “She will have direct administrative contact with clients, boost our consultative resources and assist with moving us forward with multiple projects and quality improvement priorities.”
Neta received a Bachelor of Arts in English from University at Missouri-St. Louis and a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Management from Lindenwood University.
